We invite you to come to our home away from home. Our park opened in 1995; the owners/managers live on site. You can enjoy the rural atmosphere at our park in Wellton and will make many new friends while you stay with us. Our residents enjoy the comfortable friendly and pleasant environment. Our 5,832 sq. ft. recreational facility includes a large main recreation hall, poker room, billiard room, library, coffee area as well as television lounge area. Included in the building are restrooms and showers for our residents; a fully equipped kitchen for preparing breakfasts, holiday dinners, potlucks, ice cream socials, and hot dog lunches . Adjacent to the building is a covered patio for happy hour socials and get-togethers. We have “ Doc’s Livery Stable” which has tools and equipment that is allowed to be checked out for residents to use. The helpful office staff are here to assist you with area information and other services. We are a pet friendly park and have a fenced dog run.
We have a handicapped accessible heated pool with surround glass and covered area. A large stone waterfall accents this area. You can see the shuffleboard area, swinging golf area and the horse shoe area.
Activities and amenities are: organized card games each evening, shuffleboard, horseshoe tournaments, bingo each week, weekly share crafts, pottery area, puzzle groups, yearly golf cart rodeo, water aerobics, an equipped exercise room, entertainers, dances, weekly jam sessions, weekly fun golf fun day and other get-togethers.
Our residents are very active in contributing and organizing fundraising events to help others in the Wellton area. Coach Stop RV Park owners are very generous in donating their time, expertise, preparing and serving food events which will benefit needy groups.
Our RV Park is located close to the Butterfield Golf Course, Coyote Golf Course, grocery store, dollar store, medical clinic, postal service, bank, restaurants, Yuma Co. Library, automotive services, hardware, RV Store, etc.
